China's ride-hailing firm Didi files for U.S. IPO

The firm, backed by Asian technology investment giants SoftBank Corp, Alibaba (NYSE:BABA) Group Holding Ltd and Tencent Holdings (OTC:TCEHY) Ltd, was looking to list as soon as July, reported in April.
